Event location
The event will be held on the Town Common on Main Street in New London, NH 03257.
Requirements
All adults and children (10 and up) are welcome to attend. The event is free but we ask attendees to bring non-perishable food items, which will be donated to the Kearsage Lake Sunapee Community Food Pantry.
Equipment
You can bring your own fly rod and reel or use one of our loaners. Based on the number of attendees, some people may need to share loaner equipment.
Class information
The event is intended to provide beginners with the information they need to learn all about the basics of fly fishing. There will be a classroom session, covering equipment, terminology, and techniques, followed by actual practice casting with rods and reels.
